Why would I sponsor a prize?

Sponsor a prize and your business will be advertised for all of our followers to see!  You will be able to send us an image and we will post that image as the third image on the Instagram post (the first image will be the picture that contestants have to guess, the second picture will be the prize offered, and the third picture will be provided by the sponsor).  You will be able to control how long you want the contest to run, what the prize will be, and one of the contest rules is that contest entries must also follow your Instagram account, so you'll get more followers!  You'll also provide us some details about your company that we will post in the comments section as well including a website or other details, if applicable. 

Here are the rules for the contestants:
Where in the WDW is completely free to play, however there are some rules that the users will have to follow in order to have a chance of winning the prize. 

1. Users will have to follow the @whereinthewdw2 Instagram account  
2. Users will have to like the images that they want to make a guess on
3. If the post is sponsored by a business like yours, users will have to go to the Instagram account of the business and follow them.
4. Users will have to tag at least three friends before the deadline.

​As you can see - anyone that is interested in winning the prize that is offered will have to follow your business account, so this is a great way to advertize!

What's my responsibility as a sponsor?

As a sponsor of a prize, you will have a few responsibilities.

• Let us know what prize you want to sponsor.
  • Is this a prize that we will provide (for a fee) or will you provide?
  • If you are providing the prize, send us an image or information about the prize, as the prize details will be posted on Instagram as the second image.
• Let us know what details that we will provide about your business in the Instagram post.
  • This is limited to a few sentences as well as a website, if applicable.
• You will provide the details of the contest such as how long the contest will run for.
• If you are providing the prize, you will be responsible for sending the prize to the winner, either electronically or by mail.
• You will have to sign our contract that we will provide to you, agreeing to our terms and conditions.  Specifically, making sure you remove all PII information provided to you once the prize fulfillment is complete. 

How much does it cost to sponsor a prize?

Currently - the only cost to sponsor a prize is the cost of the prize plus the fulfillment of the prize.  For example, if you want the prize to be a $25 Disney Gift Card, the cost of the prize will be the $25 for the gift card plus 55 cents for a stamp.  As our followers grow on our page, there will be a cost to be a sponsor as well.  But that cost is currently Free.

Privacy policy

All PII information sent to us, including email addresses, personal address, and other information that can identify an individual will be promptly removed as soon as prize fulfillment is complete.
