Disney Cruise Line News
The Disney cruise ships are currently sailing without passengers and/or docked outside of ports in an effort to bring cast members home and preparing to reopen. Currently, Disney Cruise Line is accepting Reservations beyond August, but there are no official plans as to when the Cruise Ships will set sail with passengers. It's assumed that itineraries will change drastically if and when the ships do decide to sail, as some ports are rumored to not open until 2021 (Grand Cayman) while others are looking to open up at the end of June (Nassau in the Bahamas is supposed to open on June 25th). The Disney Wonder cruise ship is now back in the Atlantic Ocean, as the Canadian government suspended the entry of large ships sailing in Canadian waters until September 12th, thus ending the possibility of Alaskan Cruises out of Vancouver. The Disney Magic is currently docked in Dover, England, as the Magic is supposed to start sailing around Europe this summer. However, it seems as if all of the European cruise itineraries have been canceled. The Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy are both in the Caribbean setting sail around Castaway Cay, Port Canaveral, and other Caribbean Ports.
DCL has recently canceled the following sailings:

Current Experience
Disney Springs
Disney Springs is currently open. There are specific guidelines that guests (and cast members/3rd party employees) must follow for everyone's safety and protection. Here are the must know items before you arrive at Disney Springs:
At each entry point, there will be a temperature screening conducted with a thermal no-touch thermometer conducted by an Advent Health specialist. Anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 will require additional screening and assistance. If after the additional screening you still have a temperature of 100.4 or above, you will not be aloud entry into Disney Springs along with all members of your traveling party.
As you enter the screening area of Disney Springs, all guests ages 2 and older will be required to wear face coverings. These face coverings need to fully cover an individual's nose and mouth while allowing the guest to remain hands-free. The masks must fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face and be secured with ties or ear loops. And last, the face coverings must be made of breathable material, either disposable or reusable. The only time when a guest should remove their face covering is when dining. Face coverings are not provided by Disney Springs or any of it's affiliates and must be brought by guests.
In areas where it is difficult to physically distance such as at cash registers or at guest relations, physical barriers will be present in the form of Plexiglas or other materials to ensure limited contact between guests and cast members. It is also recommended to use cashless transactions for all purchases as well to help limit the contact between guests and cast members. Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Disney Gift Cards, and even mobile wallets are accepted at most locations around Disney Springs. And when dining, it is recommended to use mobile ordering services at participating locations using the My Disney Experience App Such as D-Luxe Burger and other locations.
Capacity limits will also be seen when entering locations including shops, restaurants, and other locations. This is enforced by cast members and employees counting guests as they enter and leave the locations. Each location will have signage installed to direct guests as to the entry and exit points of each location, and these entries and exits should not be used opposite of their intent. Additionally, ground markings have also been installed to help promote physical distancing when queuing is required.
And last, you'll notice an abundance of cleaning and disinfecting in high-traffic areas, specifically at elevators, escalators, handrails, benches, tables, restrooms, and other places. Hand sanitizer stations and hand washing stations have also been setup throughout Disney Springs and guests are encouraged to utilize these cleaning measures frequently while visiting Disney Springs.
